I’m a long way off my end goal, but Dave was instrumental to the decision that was made for me in court recently. By using Dave as my McKenzie Friend, this has levelled up knowledge, my patience and wisdom to understand the different processes involved, for what I have been required to go through. He’s like a personal assistant, (but feels like a friend!) always available to answer any questions and REALLY understands your case, your opinions and goals. He also sets new goals for you, which you would never have thought existed. He has vast (sometimes it feels like endless!) knowledge of the court system and, from now going through my first court hearing, I realise how important and vital it is getting your statement “right”.  Nice to get those little wins. Position Statement for Child arrangements court hearing

I needed help with writing a good position statement as decided to self represent due to wasting so much money on solicitors and barristers during my case. I contacted Dave Barma after initially seeing the YouTube video for McKenzie Friends. The service was excellent, very good communication, speedy response and the charges were made clear upfront and I think they are very reasonable compared to solicitors and barristers. I was able to write a very good position statement with help from Dave.
