Richard Pearson is a professional McKenzie Friend dedicated to supporting Litigants in Person through the Family Court process with practical guidance, clear communication and compassionate support. His aim is to help clients feel informed, organised and confident at every stage of their case, ensuring they are fully prepared for court while remaining in control of their own proceedings.
Richard provides assistance with child arrangements, financial remedy proceedings, divorce, non-molestation orders, occupation orders, court documentation, chronologies, position statements, witness statements, court bundles and hearing preparation. He also offers practical support during hearings, including note-taking, case organisation and quiet procedural guidance where permitted by the court.
With an extensive background in business leadership, communication and case management, Richard brings a calm, structured and professional approach to every client. He understands that Family Court proceedings can be one of the most challenging experiences a person will face and is committed to providing reassurance, practical support and honest guidance throughout the process.
Richard supports clients across England and Wales remotely, with in-person attendance available at Family Courts throughout the North West.
