A first instance decision in the Family Court in West London was published by HHJ Williams In July 2023. This is: Re M & Anor (Children) (Permanent Relocation) [2023 EWFC 145 . This was a comprehensive judgment considering the applicability of the welfare checklist in respect of the contested issues.
